The XERION 12 series from CLAAS has already received various international awards since its presentation in summer 2023. Now these powerful tractors are also among the winners of the iF Design Awards 2024.
The jury’s statement stated: “The striking proportions are accentuated by the functional exterior design without appearing too dominant. This makes the CLAAS XERION a distinctive and remarkable machine.“
Markus Matthies, Team Lead Industrial Design and responsible for the design of the XERION 12 series, states: “From the first scribbles in 2018 to the international presentation of the XERION at Agritechnica 2023, we worked across departments with a lot of passion on this great project. After previous international awards such as Tractor of the Year 2024, Farm Machine Award and AE50, the iF Design Award is another outstanding recognition of this team effort.”
