NEXAT and EW into partnership

Agricultural machinery manufacturer NEXAT and the international family holding EW Group, both from Germany, enter into a strategic cooperation. EW Group takes a minority stake in Nexat. Among other investments, EW is globally active in animal nutrition and poultry breeding.


With this long-term perspective, NEXAT will further expand its commitment to sustainable and innovative agricultural technology. With the EW Group, know-how, innovative strength and financial power are bundled and a forward-looking alliance for the challenges of sustainable agriculture is created.

The partnership strengthens our long-term development opportunities.”

EW Group will receive a minority stake as part of the transaction, further financial details will not be disclosed.
