CNH Industrial was once again recognized as one of the best companies to work for in Latin America. The company received the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification, awarded by the world authority on organizational culture for the 5th consecutive year.
The recognition reflects the positive feedback from employees in their daily work at CNH Industrial’s plants and offices in Brazil and Argentina. Criteria for management, remuneration, benefits, career, among others, were surveyed.
“Receiving this recognition again confirms that promoting diversity, team integration, respect and good practices are priorities and, precisely because of this, our employees perceive value in the environment in which they work. Whether as Case IH, New Holland Agriculture, CASE Construction Equipment, New Holland Construction or Raven, being at CNH is being part of a company that values and prioritizes all people,” said Rafael Miotto, president of CNH Industrial for Latin America.
For Miotto, the GPTW recognition reflects the appreciation and continuous effort to create a cooperative and transparent culture, which aims to improve the experience of internal and external customers. “Working in a safe and transparent environment, with developed and defined processes, as well as a management focused on results, makes us all committed to our work”, he emphasized.
The GPTW certification seeks to understand the experience of the company’s employees by representing their opinions and evaluating management practices. The methodology used is through a survey that is answered voluntarily, as well as evidence of actions taken by the company.
Darilene Raftopulos, CNH Industrial’s Vice President of Human Resources for Latin America, also emphasizes the importance of this survey. “Knowing in detail the perception that our employees have of the company helps us to evaluate whether we are following our strategy related to people management. It will take us even further with positive results for everyone: employees, customers, distributors and suppliers,” he concludes.
