Case IH has signed a partnership with Agrofy, an online marketplace in Brazil. From now on, customers can access Agrofy and purchase new and used machines such as tractors, planters, sprayers, combine harvesters, as well as Case IH sugar cane and coffee harvesters.
“Case IH has always brought technology as the main pillar for our business. Digitization has to be in all contacts with the customer, in our products, in our communication and also in marketing,” comments Eduardo Penha, Marketing and Communication director for Case IH in Latin America.
For Penha, the digital and in-person purchasing processes will be complementary. “I strongly believe in this hybrid format, in which the customer can choose to purchase virtually or just search and go to a dealership to receive face-to-face service,” he adds.
The partnership is in line with the brand’s strategy of having a greater digital presence and diversifying the means of communication with customers. Last year, for example, Case IH launched its own e-commerce for the sale of spare parts and has made large investments in remote service, meeting the needs of producers who are increasingly connected and seeking ease in their daily lives.
From planting to harvesting
At Agrofy, the end user can get to know Case IH’s complete portfolio, from planting to harvesting. The highlight will be the connected machines, which combine technology, connectivity and performance, such as Magnum and Steiger AFS Connect tractors, Axial-Flow 250 Series combine harvester and the Austof 9000 sugarcane harvester.
Case IH is offering a complete portfolio of digital machine solutions, with AFS Connect, a system that combines fleet monitoring, crop management and real-time data management. AFS also adds tools such as satellite images, drones, autopilot, telemetry, application systems and meteorology for the producer to take management decisions.
