Earth Day: Monarch Tractor highlights electric power

Earth Day is more than just a time for companies to show up once a year to proclaim their sustainability initiatives”, states Monarch Tractor. That’s why at the occasion of Earth Day 2022, they aim to go beyond these words of promise. The company highlights the impact of electrically powered tractors in every day of the year use.

On Earth Day 2021, Monarch Tractor officially deployed their pilot series at Wente Vineyards in California, USA. It was the first time a fully electric, drive-optional, smart tractor had ever been deployed to a commercial farm. Since then Monarch has been out in the field testing them every day The company conducts customer trials across the state of California, offsetting no less than 118 metric tons of CO2e emissions, with just a small fleet of electric tractors.

From the farms of Livermore to Napa Valley to Lodi, they receive feedback which is used to optimize the Monarch tractor for day-to-day challenges.
