Kubota Europe receives Deshima Netherlands Award

Kubota Holdings Europe B.V., the European Regional Headquarters of Kubota received the Deshima Netherlands Award 2021 from the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency (NFIA) and the Dutch & Japanese Trade Federation (DUJAT).

The Deshima Netherlands Awards are given to Japanese companies in the Netherlands that make a positive contribution to the economy and society of the Netherlands. The Kubota Group has received this award for the first time.

Recent years have seen the Kubota Group rapidly increase its activities in the Netherlands. The Kubota Group has been presented this prestigious award in recognition of its multifaceted business activities in the Netherlands, including the establishment of a satellite office on the campus of Wageningen University and Research, promotion of joint research projects with the University, establishment of a new tractor distribution center in Alblasserdam, and advancement of collaboration with local start-up companies.

The Kubota Group will continue contributing to the resolution of social issues by inviting every stakeholder group to empathize with and participate in its business undertakings, as it deepens involvement in its host communities in the Netherlands and elsewhere.
