Stara Imperador provides higher ramp capacity

Farmers have to face bumpy crop fields on a daily basis. To facilitate the operations in these areas, Stara developed machines with higher ramp capacity.

This ability refers to the force, known as torque, the equipment features to assist in operations over bumpy terrains. Ramp capacity is the result of a number of components such as the chassis, weight distribution, suspension system, hydrostatic transmission pump, and hydraulic motors with planetary reducers.

To increase the efficiency of operations and assist in daily tasks, Stara engineered the Imperador lineup with higher ramp capacity to ensure maximum strength even with savings. The self-propelled sprayers were developed with axles independent from the chassis, supported by a set of active air suspension bags and for each wheel, which guarantees high performance for terrain copying.

The Imperador 3000 and 4000 lineup, for example, adds a Smart Electronic Transmission System, equipped with standard traction control that guarantees operations in sloping areas, resulting in a higher ramp capacity that can reach up to 32%. Additionally, the engine provides the machine with only as much power as the system requires to avoid wasting fuel.
